Orders and payment
Review your selected products, cake options, spelling, delivery or collection date, contact information and address before submitting an order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. An unpaid checkout or payment redirect alone is not confirmation of payment. For a quoted cake, review and accept the quote and complete the required payment before treating the order as confirmed.
Prices, delivery fees and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable delivery fees and taxes are displayed in the checkout total before payment. A custom-cake builder estimate is not a final accepted quote. The accepted quote and checkout show the agreed cake price and applicable fulfilment charges.
Custom cake designs
Reference photographs guide an original design. Handmade cakes can vary in appearance, and exact reproduction or colour matching is not guaranteed. Confirm the design, size, flavours and inscription in the quote before acceptance.
Cake cancellation and refunds
Wedding cake cancellation requests require written notice at least one calendar month before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Other cake cancellation requests require at least one week (seven days). Payments already made for cakes are non-refundable for customer cancellation or change of mind, even when the required notice is given. Changes to an order
Contact us in writing as soon as possible to request a change. Changes depend on preparation, availability and the agreed date, and may require a revised quote. A requested change, reschedule or substitution takes effect only when we confirm it in writing. No store credit or date transfer is automatically included in the cake cancellation policy.
Delivery and collection
Choose an available fulfilment option during ordering and check the confirmed details. Delivery availability depends on the areas offered at checkout. Provide an accurate address, phone number and delivery instructions, and arrange for someone to receive the order. Collection details are supplied with confirmation. Contact us promptly if you cannot attend your collection window.
Availability and fulfilment problems
If an ingredient, product or fulfilment option becomes unavailable, we will contact you rather than make an unapproved material substitution. Any applicable mandatory rights or remedies remain available if we cannot supply your order.
Ingredients, allergens and safe handling
Check the product information and discuss allergies or dietary requirements with us before ordering. Do not assume that a product is free from an allergen unless we have expressly confirmed this. Follow the handling and storage information supplied for your order.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy at /privacy explains how we handle personal information. Contact us with your order number if you need support. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
