Ordering
How far ahead should I order?+
Lead times depend on the product and current bakery capacity. The custom-cake builder always shows the active minimum notice.
Can I change an order after placing it?+
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on how far your order has progressed and may affect the final price.
Can I cancel a cake order?+
Wedding cakes require at least one calendar month's written notice; other cakes require one week (seven days), before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Email us or use the contact form. Read /refund-policy for the full rules.
Are cake payments refundable?+
Cake payments already made are non-refundable for customer cancellation or change of mind, even when the required notice is given. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. This cake rule does not set the refund policy for non-cake products.

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll confirm the collection window and directions.

Can you copy another baker’s cake exactly?+
We use inspiration images as a direction and create an original interpretation in our own style.
