Where we go
Delivery is available only when an eligible delivery area and option are offered during ordering. We do not promise nationwide or international shipping. If no delivery option is available for your address, contact us before ordering or choose pickup when it is offered.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the selected delivery area and are shown at checkout before payment. Any applicable order minimum is shown with the delivery option. Review the full order total, including any taxes, before paying.
Preparation and delivery dates
The available date depends on the product, bakery capacity and agreed cake requirements. The cake builder currently requires at least 72 hours' notice; a wedding cake or complex custom design may need an individually agreed preparation schedule. Your confirmed delivery or collection arrangement is the schedule for your order. Contact us before paying if you need a specific event time.
Receiving your order
Provide an accurate delivery address, contact number and access instructions. Arrange for someone to receive your cake or other perishable items at the agreed time. Follow the handling and storage instructions supplied with the order.
Delays and delivery problems
Contact us promptly if your order has not arrived within the confirmed arrangement or if your delivery details change. We will review the circumstances and communicate the next steps. Any mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
Cancellations
Wedding cake cancellation requests require at least one calendar month's written notice before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Other cakes require one week (seven days). Cake payments already made are non-refundable for customer cancellation or change of mind. See /refund-policy for the complete policy.

Pickup has no delivery charge. Choose pickup when available during ordering. We provide the collection location and agreed window with your confirmation. Please contact us if you need collection details before placing the order.
