I'm Ndidiamaka, the founder and CEO of Ndeeelicious Delight, a Nova Scotia-based bakery inspired by my love for baking, my Nigerian culinary heritage, and my vision of making traditional culinary experiences more convenient for people everywhere.
My journey began in Lagos, Nigeria, where I worked as a Customer Representative at one of the city's largest and most renowned bakeries. That experience gave me valuable insight into the bakery industry, customer expectations, product quality, and the important role that food plays in bringing people together. It also strengthened my desire to build something of my own.
With a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and professional training as a Fermentation Technician, I bring a unique scientific perspective to the world of baking. I have always believed that baking is both an art and a science. From understanding ingredient interactions and fermentation processes to achieving consistency, texture, flavour, and quality, my educational background has equipped me with transferable skills that I apply to developing and producing our products.
Combining my industry experience, scientific knowledge, and entrepreneurial vision, I founded Ndeeelicious Delight to bring the authentic flavours of Nigerian-inspired pastries to a wider audience while making them more accessible and convenient.
Today, we specialize in handcrafted pastries, custom cakes, and our signature ready-to-bake Nigerian-style meat pies, chicken pies, and beef sausage rolls. Our products are thoughtfully prepared to deliver delicious flavours, quality, and convenience without compromising the culinary traditions that inspire them.
