The website stores your basket locally in your browser. Anonymous storefront analytics use a random browser identifier to record selected actions such as product views and basket activity; these analytics payloads do not include names, email addresses, delivery addresses or payment details. This tracking respects the browser's Global Privacy Control signal. Administrative login uses a session cookie. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, which may remove your saved basket.

Security and retention

We use access controls and other technical measures to protect information. We keep information for order fulfilment, support, security and applicable record-keeping needs. Order, invoice and receipt records may need to be retained even after a request to delete other information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
